Dr. Hauschka Masks- New Pricing!

I’m excited to announce that Dr. Hauschka has just lowered the price of their masks from 50-58 dollars to 35 dollars each. The sizes and formulations are the same. The new price point makes my favorite products in the whole world more accessible.

There are no masks that I have ever used in any skin care line that compare to the Dr. Hauschka masks. Their effectiveness, smell, texture and ease of use set a standard hard to compare. I’ve never seen a mask be so well received by the skin as these.

There are four nourishing masks and one clay mask, I will talk about each in turn.

The nourishing masks are creamy masks that come in a 1 oz. tube. They include the Soothing Mask, Hydrating Mask, Firming Mask and Revitalizing Mask. Each can be used right around the eye area, which I love, and can be applied as a traditional mask, or in a thin layer underneath a moisturizer as an added boost to the skin.

The Soothing Mask calms redness and soothes stressed skin. When skin is dry and sensitive, this mask will soak right in after a few minutes as if the skin is taking a nice, deep, cool drink. Sometimes sensitive skin can be rough, not because it needs exfoliation but because it is stressed. The Soothing Mask balances and hydrates the skin so that it becomes softer, smoother, calmer and stronger.

The Hydrating Mask is the richest of the nourishing masks and will take the longest to soak in. It is deeply nourishing and protective. This mask can be used as an added protective layer in harsh weather conditions.

The Firming Mask is soothing and firming, the perfect combination for reducing signs of aging.

The Revitalizing Mask balances the skin in every way. If the skin is oily, it helps reduce oiliness and breakout. If the skin is dry or dehydrated, it brings moisture. If the skin has all of the above it will balance all of the conditions, so it is perfect for combination skins. It can be used as a spot treatment on blemishes and over time will reduce scarring.

These creamy masks come in a 1 oz. tube and can be used in two ways:

  1. after cleansing and toning, apply a generous amount to the face (including the eye area), the neck and decollete. After at least 20 minutes, rinse gently. Ideally use a few times a week.
  2. As an added boost for your skin; after cleansing and toning, apply a thin layer under a moisturizer and leave on for the day.

The Dr. Hauschka Clarifying Clay Mask is the best clay mask I have ever worked with. It is super fine and gentle, and still very effective at deep cleaning and exfoliating. After using the clay mask in a treatment, Patty and I often wish we could pull out a mirror and have our clients look at how radiant, evenly toned and soothed the skin looks. But this would be too disruptive to the deeply relaxed state our clients are in!

How often to clay mask depends on the skin, it can be done as often as three times a week. I tell my clients that if they just feel the need to scrub the skin, use the clay mask! Your skin will tell you when it needs it.

Enjoy masking!
