For New Clients

As a new client we have a few things we would like to share with you.

 

Arrival: Please plan on arriving ten minutes early to allow for parking and filling out our intake form. Also, we recommend that you plan an additional 20 minutes after your treatment so you do not feel rushed on the way out.

 

Parking: To avoid a ticket or having to re-park your car, please do not be tempted by the meters out front of the shop. They are half hour only meters. You will want to park at any other spot in the lot and get a pay and display ticket for your dashboard. The pay and display tickets are available in the center of the lot or at the far end. The machines take only change or dollar bills and cost 40 cents for an hour. If there is no room in the lot, metered parking on the street is for two hours. Late Policy: If you happen to be running late we will accommodate you the best we can depending on the schedule for that day.

 

Illness: If you have come down with an illness, we ask that you call to reschedule as early as you can. It is best not to receive spa treatments when ill, and we appreciate consideration with anything potentially contagious.

 

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. This is a courtesy for our practitioners as well as our other clients.

If you cancel within 24 hours, barring emergencies or illness, and we cannot fill the appointment time, you will be charged for the full price of the service. We sometimes have a waiting list to try and fill an appointment time, or feel free to ask a friend or family member to take your appointment if something comes up for you within 24 hours.
