Illness
It is best to not receive spa treatments when ill. Please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule. You will be emailed a covid-19 screening questionnaire two days before your appointment with your appointment reminder. Please respond to these questions before your appointment, as we are taking precautions to protect our most vulnerable clients.

Cancellation: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. This is a courtesy for our practitioners as well as our other clients.

If you cancel within 24 hours, barring emergencies or illness, and we cannot fill the appointment time, you will be charged for the full price of the service. We sometimes have a waiting list to try and fill an appointment time, or feel free to ask a friend or family member to take your appointment if something comes up for you within 24 hours.

Minimum Age Requirements
Clients the age of 15 and under must have a parent or guardian present during the service and will remain fully clothed. Clients under the age of 18 need to provide a parent or guardian signature to receive services.

Arrival and Departure
We recommend new clients arrive 10 minutes early in order to park, fill out our intake form and get settled before the service begins. We also recommend allowing an additional 20 minutes after a service to avoid feeling rushed on the way out.

Lateness
If you arrive late for you appointment, we will accommodate you as best as we can depending on our schedule for that day. You will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled. If we are running late and are unable to complete the full service, you will only be charged for the service received.

Parking
The town meters located in front of Jasmine are for a half hour only. To avoid a ticket, please park at any spot in the parking lot without a meter and purchase a pay-and-display ticket for your dashboard or use the town parking app (Park Smarter, from Google Play or the IOS App store). At these spots, you can park all day and parking is free in all spots after 6 pm, on Sundays and on all Major holidays. Ticket machines are located in the center and the far end of the lot. The parking payment machines take coins, dollar bills and credit cards.
