Dr. Hauschka Signature Facial Treatments

Dr. Hauschka Skin Care is a pharmaceutical grade skin care line made in Germany which uses only biodynamic, organic or certified natural ingredients.  The treatments were created in the 1950’s by the co-founders of the line; Elisabeth Sigmund, Dr. Rudolf Hauschka and his wife also Dr. Hauschka, along with one of the creators of the medical lymphatic drainage massage we use in hospitals today, Dr. Emil Vodder. The lymphatic massage component of the signature facial treatments is considered “lymphatic stimulation” and is not a medical treatment. Encouraging the flow of lymph encourages the skin’s own cleansing forces as well as nourishes the skin for natural radiance and health. Dr. Hauschka Skin Care’s wholistic philosophies are about supporting the skin in doing it’s own work while using clean, pure and highly vital plant extracts to guide the skin to balance and health. The Classic Treatment

The original Dr. Hauschka treatment from which all the others are derived. This sensory rich experience begins with deep relaxation: a warm sage foot bath and gentle stretching movements for the neck, arms and hands. Lavender-infused compresses introduce you to a holistic facial that includes two mask treatments to nourish, nurture and renew. Soft brushes are used to stimulate the skin’s natural regenerative impulses. A massage with the perfect finishing products and the result; a radiant complexion and a remarkable feeling of lightness and inner balance.

The Relaxation Treatment

A moisturizing treatment for the arms, hands, legs and feet followed by a deeply nourishing facial to firm and hydrate the skin. Gentle massage is used throughout to support regeneration and renewal.

The Cleansing Treatment

Aromatherapy compresses soften the skin for a two step cleanse and clarifying clay mask. Extractions will be performed if desired. A gentle and unique massage with soft brushes stimulates the lymph, encouraging the natural cleansing and regenerating impulses of the skin. An application of balancing finishing products leaves the skin feeling fresh, clean, and radiant.

The Clarifying Treatment

Designed for advanced acne, this treatment uses herbal compresses and masking to draw out impurities and calm inflammation. Extractions will be performed if desired.
