Cancellation

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. This is a courtesy for our practitioners as well as our other clients. For changes or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a 50% fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.

 

Rebooking

We offer a $5 discount when rebooking services 60 minutes of longer to encourage regular self-care.

 

Arrival and Departure

We recommend new clients arrive 15 minutes early in order to fill out our intake form and get settled before the service begins.
We also recommend allowing an additional 20 minutes after a service to avoid feeling rushed on the way out.

 

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for you appointment, we will accommodate you as best as we can depending on our schedule for that day.

 

Illness

It is best to not receive spa treatments when ill. Please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.

 

Parking

The town meters located in front of the spa are for a half hour only. To avoid a ticket, please park at any spot in the parking lot without a meter and purchase a pay-and-display ticket for your dashboard. At these spots, you can park all day and parking is free after 6 pm. the ticket machines are located in the center of the lot. They take coins or dollar bills.
