Welcome our new Massage Therapist, Kaitlin Frady

Kaitlin Frady is a massage therapist, an artist and an athlete who has spent her lifetime exploring the mind-body connection through dance, yoga, martial arts, and most recently acrobatics.

Kaitlin appreciates the ways in which the body can be used as an instrument of meaningful and empowering self-expression. Her positive understanding of the body’s potential is reflected in her professional practice.

Kaitlin’s approach to bodywork is compassionate, patient, and respectful to the unique needs of each individual. She endeavors to bridge her passion for natural and holistic treatment methods with a research-informed scientific foundation.

Kaitlin began her career as a massage therapist in 2012. She completed her initial training in Olympia, Wa. at the Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage where she studied medical massage and neuromuscular therapy. She continued her bodywork education in New Mexico where she studied complementary practices such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbalism and aromatherapy. Kaitlin is also certified in Fascial Movement Taping with Rocktape kinesiology tape, and holds a BA in psychology from Evergreen State College.

Kaitlin is now available for Relaxation, Integrated Deep Tissue, Thai Herbal, and Hot Stone Massage as well as Body Treatments.

Stop in and meet Kaitlin at our Gallery Walk event, May 1st from 5:30-8:30, where she will be offering complementary chair massage.
